1) The merger of the Media--work and Media--Corp.
The issue of another license was carefully studied by the authority. After 4 years of operations, they are closed down. This reflected very badly to the world that our management lack of the ability to study the situation before issuing another license. A smart alex came out and speak on the merger is purely base on profitability issues. Don’t they have plans or encouragement schemes to let them venture on oversea market. This will create a culture to the management that they can trial and error schemes or policy.

2) C-O-E drop drastically ( depreciated more than 50%) in just a short period, as per compared to the previous drop which had span across many years. What are the purposes of C-O-E? Are we going to trial and error another policy? Why they still issues more C-O-E after they know that the scrap certification will be going back to the pools for accumulation? This reflected very badly to the world that our globalization capable management lack of ability to analyze supply and demand issues. A lazy guy write in the newspaper that he is tired of tearing coupons, so hope that “Te” machine ( Te – refer to the sound when $$ deducted from the cash value card ) can be installed everywhere. It is fine as long as the cost of the “Te” machine do not impose to the car owner, otherwise if he is so lazy to tear coupon then don’t drive, hire a driver then. ECO system wouldn’t need this as long as we can stop the burning of fire from the neighboring countries . I heard E-R-P will be everywhere, but do management know that whenever there is free parking, it bring vibrant scene to the small town, which in turn help the economic? A lot of mechanic lost their job and make a switch to something else after one of the insurance implementation being done, that insurance implementation is a correct implementation, but it should be implemented in a milder way.
Now, I heard new system want more people change the habit of driving, in that case, what conveniency have they let the car users stop using the car, can the car owners get the $$ back in case the car is mature for parf? They also have not give the valid reason on issuing more COE. Don't wonder the deputy shairman of the committee want to quit, bcos of a bundle of fellows giving contradict ideas, and implement ideas that changes so frequently. How many years have COE implemented, and the frequent changes or flucntuation in prices??
Our public transport is also one of the higher allow various states of different country. Many Sporean travel abroad, compared with other cities, some time a ticket can let you travel unlimited of times........ R we going to be a tourist spot??????


3) The so called subsidy H-D-B Flats price drops a few of 10K$ even before the owners renovated. The well behaved Singa poor ean lost a few 10K$ even before they enter Casino……..

4) Our India chief ( no races biased here, is just that I cannot specifically pointed out so & so ) mention something about private sector should be leading the growth or survive on their own ( something like that ). Do you know the cost of setting up the company, the internet fee itself is so much different from the public user, the company rental etc, now ( if I didn’t remember wrongly from the newspaper ) even C-P-F cannot use for SOHO, the entry barrier for high tech entrepreneur is getting higher and higher . So that is why our entrepreneur are mostly good profit food maker which can make good food. I remember we have a few mobile phone R&D company, ( appeared in newspaper ) one of them is OSWIN, if I didn’t remember wrongly, developed good products, but due to the market constraints, they cannot survive.
Instead of helping our local high tech company, we are wasting money into Kangaroo. Instead of helping our local high tech entrepreneur, we are legally spending money on tom yam soup ( Sorry I cannot mention the country). Our management should pump in money to the company to try to build a local Nokia instead. Shall we so inconsiderate that we should legally hurt the feeling of all citizens that drink tom yam. Just image our sing to tel was being acquired. That is why our India chief still believes in low taxes for the top of the cream.
They still cannot give a vaild reason to why don't they adopt developed country method on higher taxes on the cream. ( maybe they are scare of being tax higher themselves ).



5) Until now, they still believed they can be hired by the MNC for globalization position. OK, let say they are capable to, isn’t globalization management pay package link a certain portion to the company performance? Mr Lee Old Man still insist on the packaging attracts the talents instaed of inviting those with passionate into the team. Also how many state government officers are in demand by the private sector? Don't private sector have other candidates from all states of different countries?

Because many people like me, don’t have the balance mind set if we cannot see results after paying so much.
